Review: Delirium by Lauren Oliver

It seems like Delirium is on everyone's blogs, but if for some odd reason you haven't heard about it I will give you a little summary.

This book is about a girl living in a dystopian society where love has been declared a disease that they cure at age 18. She has lived with this thought all her life and has never doubted that the government does this to protect its people. She actually can't wait to get the procedure done, that is until some events and the appearance of someone new in her life make her second guess everything she has been told.

Since everyone has already reviewed this, I'm just going to do a quick review. I loved this book. The characters capture you from the very beginning and make you root for them all the way through. Alex is so sweet and caring that I found myself falling for him right along with Lena. It did take me a few days to read but I'm going to blame that on the distractions of my cousins because this book was amazing. I can't wait until Pandemonium comes out. So if you haven't read this, go out and pick up a copy!!! :D

  1. This is one of my favorite dystopians. I loved Alex and Lena.
It seems like it is taking forever for 2012 to get here! I need Pandemonium to be released already! :)
