Waiting on Wednesday: A Fractured Light by Jocelyn Davies

A Fractured Light (A Beautiful Dark, #2)
When she wakes up in unfamiliar surroundings, Skye knows something terrible has happened to her. But it's not until she hears Asher, the dark, rebellious angel she fell in love with, that the memories come flooding back. She tries to put the past behind her, but she knows she'll be forever haunted by the ruthless betrayal that almost took her life.
Skye returns home, but with the knowledge of who she really is, nothing can ever be the same. As she tests the limits of her newfound powers, Skye discovers that she's capable of far more than anyone could have imagined. Both the Order and the Rebellion want her for their side as war between the factions looms. She can't forget the terrifying truth she now knows about the Order, but something holds her back from embracing the Rebellion.

Seriously guys, I think this might be one of my most anticipated books of the year. I absolutely loved the first book, A Beautiful Dark. If you want to see just how much I loved it you can go to my review of it here. It should give you an idea of why I want this book in my hands so badly. The ending was a huge cliffhanger and I need to know what happens! Also, this cover is so dark and mysterious compared to the first one so I'm guessing this book might be a lot darker. Plus there are two amazing guys in this series and I wouldn't mind reading more about them :)

Have you read A Beautiful Dark yet? What did you think? Let me know what you guys are waiting for below too so I can check it out! :)

  4. I enjoyed A Beautiful Dark a ridiculous amount, considering how annoyed I was overall by some of the cliches, but for some reason they didn't bother me at all in A Beautiful Dark! So I am with you in waiting for A Fractured Light!
